Midface Filling

Where is the midface?

The midface is the area between the lower eyelid and the corner of the mouth. In this area, changes/sagging occur in the bones, muscles, suspensory ligaments and skin with aging.

The young and attractive face is prominently contoured, with smooth transitions to neighboring areas, and protruding forward  It is defined as a face. Convexity in the midface is a desired condition. A collapse in this area causes the light not to be reflected and a shadow to form.

Where is filler applied on the midface?

To the zygomatic area in the middle face  Fillers are applied to the cheekbones (cheekbones) and submalar area (cheeks). Correction of cheekbones with filler will provide improvement in the under-eye, cheek and nasolabial areas  additionally  It will support applications in these areas.

The effectiveness of the fillers applied to these areas lasts approximately 12-18 months. Since fillers increase collagen production, even if the effect of the filler wears off, cosmetic well-being lasts longer due to the increase in collagen production.
