What is PRP?
PRP is named as the abbreviation of the initials of Platelet Rich Plasma. Some growth factors secreted from platelets in our blood, which basically provide clotting, are used in some dermatological diseases and aesthetic dermatology.
How is PRP prepared?
Blood is drawn from your arm into an anticoagulant tube. The blood taken is centrifuged and the platelet-rich part is separated. This part is drawn into syringes and injected into the area to be applied after appropriate disinfection.

What is the frequency of PRP application?
There are no standard protocols regarding the number of PRP treatments and session frequency. Depending on the purpose of the application, 6-8 sessions can be applied to the person every 2-4 weeks.
